The Non-Metaphorical Test

Starting in third grade students learn that in order to be considered successful, they must pass a completely non-stressful three day long test at the end each year. This test that I speak of can best be compared to a top secret document that even Wiki Leaks cannot air

When you say it's non-stressful for three days of testing, is it because they're bored too and don't feel like their scores on the big test matter for anything? That's how I had felt when I was that young but I figured maybe the environment had changed. Mostly I was bored after so many hours of filling in bubbles.
