Bench Press - 45, 2x50, 55
Butterfly - 35, 2x40, 45
Underhand Cable Pulldown - 70, 2x80, 90
Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown - 70, 2x80, 90
Seated Cable Row - 60, 70, 80, 90
Shoulder Shrugs - Zero, because I forgot to do it. Argh. :(

Also, 15 minutes cardio.

Had to cut the banana from my post-workout shake since it just upsets my stomach too much. I guess I'll have to get my potassium elsewhere.
