Didn't go to the gym today, my stomach is rather upset. I may hold off a week or two on my planned schedule change, or at least until I can be sure it's okay for my muscles to work out that often. Otherwise I may do something minor, like bumping my usual schedule ahead by one day every week.
Anyway. 11/21lbs to my goal.
I'll put my numbers from last week in parenthesis so I can keep up with my progress and setbacks.
Barbell Curl: 3x45, 1x50 to failure (3x45)
Alt. Hammer Curl: 3x15, 1x20 to fail (same)
Reverse Barbell Curl: 3x10, 1x20 to failure (3x10, 1x20)
Triceps Pushdown: 1x65, 1x70, 1x75, 1x80 (1x65, 2x70, 1x75)
15 minutes of cardio at intervals to reach 60-80% heart rate. Psuedo-HIT training, I guess.
