i disagree with what you say she should be eating.

1200 calories a day [or less if you're under the supervision of my mom...HA]
high protein, low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrates.
if possible, an omlette or egg beaters/egg whites in the morning is a great thing to have because the protein keeps you fuller for longer.
60-90 minutes of exercise a day.

i'd be happy to help you, because i'm in the middle of it too...its easier to have someone losing weight with you. [right now, my dad is losing weight too]
i've been home for two weeks and i've already lost 5 pounds....10 since april.

white flour, like white breads/rice/pasta, just turns into sugar. so as long as you eat wheat breads and whole grain things, carbs are okay ( ... )

Clean it with contact solution.
That is what I did with my nipples and industrial, and both are healed and doing great.

since getting activated....
i started this whole freaking mess at 150 or so. then throughout the months i went up to about 180. i liked the new thick me. so did everyone else. i even liked being more solid. hell my MOM said i look more manly with some weight on me. but i hated it, so i ran. everynight. maybe 2 miles? 3? who knows. hell it was 20 below zero and i was still running. and i lost 10 lbs in a month. i didnt know what 10 lbs felt like or looked like, but MAN i like it.
now quit yer snivelin and RUN!!

VERY well spoken. Steph, get you ass up OUT of that CHAIR your sitting in right now, and do somthing. find a hobby. be active. not enough you say? try a different hobby. climbing into trunks, under dashboards, engine compartements work too. do martial arts. somthing. keep working on your DBZ

hey, for your information, im not in this chair very often anymore, so bite me =P

and YOU should be climbing under my dashboard and installing me some pretty new head unit thing and speakers! i need your help damnit.

and then after, we'll watch DBZ, of course =P
