Petty people in power can be such asshats. Did you get the bitch's name? You should inquire & make sure they know that there was no sign posted & you have brought in Chance before.

Bet there's no rule and she was just being a harrassment 'cos she was having a bad day. I've seen people in the PO before with their dogs & the people working there usually comment on how cute they are.

Maybe you should have told her he was your seeing eye/service dog & see if she could argue her way out of that.

I didn't even make it into the line for the counter before she (from behind the counter) told me I couldn't have Chance there. I wasn't even in the post office for five seconds, literally. so there's no way I could have gotten her name.

Not without being a complete bitch myself and cutting ahead of other people to take the issue up with her and thus likely make a big scene.

It just pisses me off. And I'm PMSing, too. I don't even know who I should inquire to, but I'm just plain mad about the whole thing.

Maybe you can find out who the Supervisor is for that office.

Of course I can't wait till you go back & there's someone in line with their dog & no one kicks them out...
