church and crying

ok well last night was a great relief only to bring more grief only in a different situation. ok let me explain it was just after church had started and i was thinkin about some thing and then that lead to sad emotions then that lead to waery eyes then that lead to me walking out of church walking a half a mile to be alone and cry my litte eyes out
