Okay, by now I'm certain that anyone who purchased their tickets for A Few Good Men via Casa's website has received the e-mail asking for money. Probably the easiest thing would be to Paypal the donations to one person, who can then forward the donation along with a listing of everyone's name (and maybe a little short message of thanks) to the theater. I mean, people miss out on the tax break, but you're not really getting a break for $10 anyway, I guess.

If nobody else wants to step up, I can do it. I used to do it when I ran Michael Rosenbaum's website and we donated every year to the Ronald McDonald House for his birthday, so I've got people who can vouch for me that they money actually goes where I said it did.

I can look around though and see if there's another way--I know some people are leery of Paypal.

Or, if people don't want to do a lump sum contribution, I did just look at the Donor Page on the theater's website, and you can put any amount in there that you want. In the comments section, everyone could just say they're donating on behalf of Supernatural/Jensen fandom or something.

See below, I mention another possibility where people wouldn't have to worry about trusting one person to take care of it or using paypal.

I'm apparently out of the loop. Why is Casa Manana asking for money?
