If I can drag my sorry, semi-asthmatic carcass on a 45 minute run up and down the hills of Tallahassee, so can you! (except in all of your respective towns, of course)

Also, I'm vaguely considering doing the reindeer run in Cape Canaveral in december and i would reaaalllyy like someone to do it with me...

Nice! we should totally run it together! i much prefer running a race with a buddy to running one alooooone.

haha i doubt that counts as a "past" in cross country.. but my lil bro is doing better this season, yesterday he PR'ed 25:55, i'm very proud :)
