This job is pretty much divided into two parts: manning HQ and enforcing the rules. If you want to split your time and do a little of both, that's perfectly alright. However~~ Please keep in mind that if you want to go and enforce the rules, we suggest you be quick on your feet and at least pretend to have some ability to put down trouble if need be. I think a bunch of grouchy people signed up for the game along with some really skilled, talented people, so if tempers get out of hand, I don't want any of our volunteers to get injured. I suppose it might be a good idea to give you guys some safety equipment before heading out...
So! For those of you manning HQ, you'll just be in charge of a) timing people who have been hit (they have to stay there for ten minutes before rejoining the game), b) providing food and drink to anyone who comes by asking for some, c) giving medical aid should any be needed, and d) just sticking around in case something comes up. Also, the bulk of the pre-game and post-game managerial business will fall into your hands.
For those of you out in the field enforcing the rules, just keep an eye out for anyone breaking the rules, any not tournament-related violence, and just stuff like that. Also, if someone gets hurt, you may want to help them back to HQ. You'll be responsible for kicking people out of the game if they break any rules.
You don't have to tell us what role you'd like to play, but it wouldn't hurt to know~ If nothing else, it'd tell us how many people are manned where.
Either Kaoru or I will be around helping out (we'll be switching off every now and then to be with our team), so if something major comes up, feel free to find us and ask what to do. ♥ Again, thank you very much for volunteering! We'll try to have a little gathering just for our group after the tournament and celebrate your hard work.

Aside from that, I don't think there's much for me to tell you. Just make sure your pranks are well-distributed among the teams and that no harm comes to them. If something big goes down, we may call you in to help out with the volunteering squad - I hope that's alright with you.

- RULES
- No killing people. Do not cause unneeded bodily harm to them either.
- Only use the paintball guns to fire at others. Do not ever use real bullets.
- Personal abilities/weapons should not be used offensively. (ie. No decapitating someone with your sword or casting curses at an opponent.)
- If you get hit anywhere or to any degree by a paintball, you must report to the carousel for ten minutes before returning to the game.
- Whichever team has the most flags at the end of the tournament wins. If there is a tie, then there will be an overtime match between just those teams in which simply capturing the other team’s flag while keeping one’s own will mean victory.
- Rules will be enforced by one of the Hitachiin brothers and members of the volunteering squad at all times. People who break the rules will be kicked out of the game immediately and not allowed to return.
- OTHER INFORMATION
- The game will run from 9/23 12:00 PM to 9/24 6:00 AM.
- All equipment needed for the game will be provided.
- Team colors, territories, and flag locations will be disclosed later on.
- Each member of the winning team will receive a pre-paid credit card as the prize.
- UPDATED! - All losers will be treated to a night of drinks at Club Automatica. If alcohol isn’t to your liking, something at Café Juliet. Dates for these events will be announced after the tournament.
- Should you need assistance (food, drink, medical attention, etc), report to the carousel. It will be manned at all times.
- NEW! - There is now a booby trap team, lead by Ikki. He's in charge of pulling things like smoke bombs, random snipings, fake flags, and other such tricks on you all during the game. Should you actually get hit (by actual paint), you have to return to carousel for ten minutes, as the rules state.
- NEW! - Team colors will be told to team captains at the end of the day, and a map of your team's territory and the flag location will also be disclosed at that time. We leave it to the captains to organize their teams accordingly.
- NEW! - We will start handing out equipment around 10:30 AM. Please don't wait until the last minute to grab your stuff and set up. (This is especially important for the captains.)
