So, I am considering flipping a house this summer before I even look for a "real job". If it goes well and I make more money than I would as a paralegal (which I *very* easily could, I mean, I wouldn't get involved in anything I didn't think I could make at least 20k off of in three months or so...) I probably won't get a "real job" for some time,

SEVEN WEEKS???? Fuck. That's soooo not enough time to get everything done that I need to do. Dammit.

Ummmm...please don't kill me...but I misguessed on that estimate...it's not seven weeks...it's more like five. : (
