As I just updated, I get it if people don't add comments. I try to comment, but sometimes there just isn't anything I can add. But I want my fl to be active.
i have to find a way to remember to post weekly at least. The problem I have is the toggling back and forth to comment. I can comment easily as long as the OP is long. If it is and I have to click "read more" then it goes to the journal and you have to do all that back tracking! Oh well - such is LJ!!!

There are a couple of people on my flist who never comment on my posts but I'm OK with that because I find their posts interesting. But I tend to weed out the others who don't comment to my posts. If people aren't going to interact with me there is no point in having them.
The same goes for the people who never respond to comments I and others make on their posts, or even worse cherry pick what comments they are going to respond to.
