Well, I suppose the situation itself is rather uncommon, wouldn't you say? Still, people seemed surprise...I suppose I would be as well, if I were suddenly given the ability to fly. "Ducky" is purely a nickname, after all.

The individual circumstance, yes. The occurrence of bizarre and unusual events however, happen with astounding regularity here. Here, we have people from multiple different universes, all of which have different rules, different "norms". Not to mention the strangeness of Discedo itself.
