Yes, we have a used a realtor and he has been amazing. He got us a fantastic price on the home, plus he negotiated repairs and got the seller to take care of a lot of stuff for us. I would highly recommend both him and our mortgage broker. I can send you their info if you'd like.

The first thing that comes to mind is the wooden floors and Herb's nails. ;) Keep'em trim! I'm glad that you found such a nice pad. I'm jealous.

Luckily Herb is already used to our hardwood floors. We only have carpet in our bedroom right now. But it's the stairs he will have to learn to walk down to get outside that will be the big challenge. :)
