I was thinking of doing that, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do Dr. Manhattan. What, give him every power and give him a ridiculously long dial?

LOBO!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Lobo, man he is an awesome bounty hunter, Zsaz I like as well. Cunning, Intelligent but very sick. No wonder he is one of bats deadliest villians. Still, I'm surprise is no Zsaz-Mikey

Zsasz was never tremendously popular, and he's not very well known. Plus, he's a little bit too human to put in a game like Heroclix. So there's really as much justification for putting him in as there is for keeping him out.

As for Lobo...I still haven't been able to figure out why he wasn't in the first set (not to mention any following sets).
