imagine my disappointment when i excitedly pull up my lj site to show off to my brother and my leaf background is missing! will have to work on that... i am not a fan of the super peachy color.

hi audrey! i like the color scheme! :) they all mesh together well. and i like the star emoticon dude. so i give my approval. :) ack, only 5 more days until monday!!

btw, which layout are you using? you have given me new motivation to update mine! :) (maybe for 10 minutes until my attention span wanders...)

i'm using the "flexible squares" layout, but i customized it w/ my own color scheme. hey, can you see the leaf background that i used? it won't show up on my brother's computer.

hmm, i don't see the leaf background. where do you change the background picture?

once you log in, go to "manage," then "customize," then "edit customizations." (scroll down a little bit for the last one). click a "background" tab... once you click on that, i'm supposed to be able to URL to an image for the page background. let me know if you find a way to make it work :)
