Ramen Party.

Right now I still live in the stone age and make packet ramen that I add stuff to. BUT I think, with a little work (and some pork ribs, kelp, and sardines) and about 24 hours we could do it from scratch

Fresh miso is easy, and getting fresh, or at least vacuum-sealed, ramen or udon probably isn't too big a stretch. I am so down for this.
