1) X-Files the Movie II.....could have been done as a TV miniseries. Like 2 2-hour parts with commercials, and no one would have known the difference. Had very few "movie" special effects, and not that many weird locals. In fact, I would be shocked if it had not been all filmed in one Canadian town.
