My little brother, deej_pete, gave me some good advice for training Sophie. When she hauls on the leash, stop dead. Soon she will learn that if she pulls, we stop and she doesn't get to sniff new stuff. If she slacks the tension on the leash, we move and it's fun. So, yeah, the tooth hurts bad Monday, like it has on and off for the past year. So I get to the dentist pronto. She thinks an old root canal has gone bad somehow. Off to oral surgeon.
