Ok, so we're studying Kant in my Phil. of Ethics course and it's complete insanity. According to him (Kant), moral actions contain moral worth if they are done out of duty--you cannot have ANY self-interested motive. I felt too tired to go to school today. What a slacker, huh? I think the news about my potential double major really pissed me off to the point of exhaustion. Please tell me WHY I had to take 3 English courses as a part of the core when they absolutely do NOT count toward my English major???
