I guess this might be a god place to let everything out. Although I'm still uneasy about posting things for people to read about me. We'll see how I deal with it. This could be a good outlet for my frustration

Here is the link for the California Tenants Handbook: http://www.dca.ca.gov/legal/landlordbook/ If your landlord isn't doing what they are supposed to be doing, then there are ways for you to get them done. My favorites are doing the repairs yourself and deducting it fromy your rent and withholding rent until the repairs are made.
