They have one outside the MacD's in downtown Victoria. It does not work. The kids still congregate outside of the golden arches and the next street corner. It's a horrible white noise if you listen hard enough (I'm probably getting to old to hear it well) but if I'm talking, it fades out into the general background.

Considering that the Clownburger should want der kids in their shop buying their muck, I am surprised at them using it, but the franchise owners seem to be old school Victorians (where I use this word in both senses).
