Well, the point I would make is that Myspace is evil and heinous because it allows horrendous content to be shoved en masse into the web space. On the other hand, there's something to be said for the freedom of creativity in a rapidly-changing age, when preserving the traditions of old perhaps becomes less valuable strategically. Also, sword polishing didn't start as a master-crafting kind of thing, and web design as an art is younger than most high school students.
