Not only is that awesome, but you are giving them a solid foundation for when they go into the working world. No one keeps tack of what you are doing or learning as well as you do. One of the 3 best pieces of advice I ever got was to update my resume every 3 months and without keeping an ongoing record, that's tough to do.
