The run of the Princess Bride is over.  It went swimmingly, we even managed to make a profit.  While for most productions that wouldn't be a big deal, for a show that charged no admission, it's pretty amazing ( Read more... )

My high school is putting on a production of School House Rock at the end of May.

I kind of want to go to this.  If anybody else is interested, let me know.  It might be fun to get a group of people together to visit my old stomping grounds. 

So it turns out that I remembered wrong.  It wasn't an all male cast.  Dorothy was played by a woman, so was Auntie Em, and so were a few of the munchkins.  But seeing drag versions of Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West was great.

Tonight I'm going out to see what will most likely be a completely ridiculous stage version of the Wizard of Oz.  It's an all male cast and it's advertised as an adult version of a childhood classic.

I'm tempted to bring a camera so I can take pictures.

Some of the movies are a bit obscure, some of the quotes I tried to make difficult on purpose.  But I don't think I've put any impossible ones on here.

stupid law final sucking all the fun out of this weekend.  Study, study, study . . . that's my motto until monday at 5.  Then it changes until pass the test, pass the test, pass the test.  That will last until 7 and it will change to woohoo I'm done with class!
