It makes me unimaginably sad that anyone could look at those pictures and feel anything but joy for that couple.

Sad, yes...and also so confused. I've been waiting to hear how this has shaken all the otherwise immutable hetero marriages right to the core - rocked them on their rock-solid foundations. And when will the dogs and cows be getting into the game? (I wonder how my old buddy Rick Santorum is doing.)
