Zia is a bit of a klepto with no understanding of privacy. She likes to "borrow" shiny things and wander into any apartments that look interesting, and though all her friends have tried to explain why that's wrong, she just doesn't understand. She's cute as a button and older than the world itself -- she gets away with it

Should Zia ever find her way into the police office (they have security, but it could happen!), she's welcome to swipe things from Justin's desk. Paperclips, staplers, scissors... just let me know so I have have him flail appropriately.

The Welcome Center's always unlocked, too, so Zia can--er, there's not much to take, really, but Penny has exactly two valuables that she keeps on the Center's counter:

They're both gifts from Life and Death, so she would be rather distraught if they ran off. I imagine there would be other shinies like bangle bracelets to snatch too (although seriously, Zia could just ask for them).

Penny can always just catch Zia trying to make off with one of her valuables -- they are veryvery pretty, and Zia would like you to know that the flower bottle especially would look quite lovely dangling from the old elm tree and the magpies would be quite mad with envy.

Zia has ways around security. >] Justin may walk into his office one day and find all his paperclips have been turned into daisy chains. It makes the office look more festive!

Lovely! If Zia ever wants to pop in on one of Penny's posts, then (they're all action-friendly), that can be done. Seriously, Zia, Penny would give you anything except for those two things.

Oh dear. XD They are at opposite ends of a spectrum, Zia and Justin. I just don't know precisely what spectrum that is.

Zia can come over to Uni's apartment any time! She won't turn away "visitors," but if she comes over while she's away, that's okay, too! She's pretty friendly and likes company.

cateyedhunter might not be too happy with unexpected people in his house, though. On the inside, anyway! He'll pretend to be nice while trying to kick her out. And he has knives. He's also friendly sort of, but he's more reserved.
