[Justin is walking home from work, case files in tow and eyes fixed firmly on the ground. He is, naturally, rather surprised when a splash from the fountain douses the front of his shirt. Surprised enough, in fact, to look for the source.

[Teddy finds it a bit odd that there's someone playing in the Fountain, but at least someone's having fun. He perches on the edge of the fountain, because he's not on his way to anywhere in particular.]
[Zia is taken by surprise -- or perhaps she just thought it'd be funny to seem that way, it's often hard to tell -- by the boy's sudden greeting. She slips and tumbles backwards into the fountain in an exaggerated manner, but looks up at Teddy with a goofy grin.]

[She perches on the edge of the fountain and smiles brightly, completely unbothered by the evening chill or the state of her clothes.]

[It's not warm out and Justin doesn't find the impromptu shower funny. He's also slightly concerned by the girl's complete lack of common sense.]

Hello! Would you like to play?

[Which is not a real reason, but "I'd feel really silly" seems like a lame response.]
And I don't think people normally play in that fountain.

Because he would be jealous that you had so much fun without him.
[Obviously she doesn't.]
Why not? It's a very splashy fountain. Just as a fountain should be.
