And was The Village that good? I meant to see it, but forgot.

The Village isn't the best movie ever, but it is good. And if you want to see it, you should see it soon. Scary Movie 4 (whether you see it or not) is going to spoil parts of it, perhaps even the [standard M. Night Shyamalan(sp?)] twist.

I was planning to see SM4, yeah, so I s'pose it's time to run out and rent The Village, then.

Fairlee, VT. It's a nice place -- except for the lack of jobs (in our field or any similar field), a small (but strong) percentage of ignorant, racist, stupid, slack-jawed yokels.

Burbank isn't the most beautiful place on earth, I'll give you that. But if I moved out there, I'd have a good job in under a week, guaranteed (either on my own, or working with/for a friend of mine in the film biz).

It also makes a fun vacation (for me). To someone who's lived here for 24+ years, there's NOTHING to do. Burbank at least offers life.

Okay, okay. Maybe I should've said I'd rather be on the beach in Malibu.

That reminds me of a page I saw in my daily Know it All calendar. It was an entry for "Los Angeles," and it said something about there being a joke about burbank that the suicide rate there is so low because living there makes suicide redundant. :P But hey, it wasn't so bad when I visited. Maybe I didn't spend enough time there.
