conflict of interests.

a deal breaker.

I would never marry a man who is not a committed Christian.
It would be like marrying someone who is walking a completely different life path.

oh I understand. I am a furry and I would have a really hard time dating somebody who isn't a furry. You just gotta get on those Christian dating boards and make some dates. Sometimes those dates might be miles upon miles away. My boyfriend is in Kansas City MO and I am in the west suburbs of Chicago. We talked a lot and he's coming to see me for a couple weeks to see if we click with each other. If so then we will begin making plans to move in with each other. I want a closed committed relationship with one guy and I will take the best care of him and he wants the same.

It isn't a pointless conversation. It's absolutely great to have standards. I just want you to keep in mind that even a committed Christian still may not have the same ideals or zeal for the faith as you might want him to have. There are different levels of what you want and you do have to compromise in absolutely every relationship you have. Not compromise your own personal beliefs but learn to accept theirs for what they are.
