I finally finished all my graduate school applications and have successfully mailed them off. It's out of my hands now. It's amazing because this is not only something that's been on my mind for the past 5 months, it's also something that I have wanted to do for the past 5 years. And I done it ( Read more... )

congrats on getting the hard part over. it's great to hear you're grinding your nose down. i'm trying to overcome my own inertia and it helps to hear that life keeps going - as long as we give it a little push.

happy new year to you too. and yeah, it's hard to get going (it only took me 5 or 6 years to do this), but it feels nice once it's done. I think you have done a lot in the same amount of time, it's just harder to see when you are in it. miss you.
