I have been rejected from four grad schools so far. It almost doesn't even hurt, because it seems like such an unreachable goal anyway ( Read more... )

we're nursing a sick--well, dying to be precise--cat, too. and it *is* exhausting. my heart goes out to you and to sick furry family members.

and kudos on the exercise regime! it's hard to get good habits to stick. something i'm trying to have more success with myself.

Indeed--it's so hard because they can't tell you anything. I think the exercise has come into full bloom because of the sick cat. I need something to burn off the stress and worry. Hopefully one day, I will be motivated by good things.

I hope you are doing well!

i would second the getting a second opinion.

our sara cat got two different diagnoses until we went to mission pet hospital.

feeling secure about your vet as they guide you through the process of how to treat your animal can make all the difference.

call me or email me if you need anything at all.

and - big ups for the exercise! i need to get back into running soon.

We just talked to another vet who gave us an idea of what she thinks it might be. We're going to take him in tomorrow. I feel better already. He's eating too--more on his own. And seems happier. So, working on being positive in this whole things.

And yes, as for exercise, it is golden. Now I want to join a swim and tennis club so we can be all suburban this summer.

glad to see a post. i'm sorry to hear the grad school thing is not going as hoped. things always seem to work out in the end, i've learned, just not in the manner and time frame i had planned on.

wishing Puss a speedy recovery.
