its hard to realize and bve greatful for everything you are given, because, well, you dont always see it. i do it a lot. i know i am terribly lucky but sometimes it just is weird and i forget. or, like you said, i get frusterated that i cxannot simply be happy and feel like im wasting my life, but that just makes me more upset.

Yep, it's a terrible cycle that is hard to get out of, we all try to do our best though.
