Characters/Pairings: Molly Weasley, Fleur Delacour
Genre: idk..general?
Rating/Warnings: G
Word Count: 604

Fleur Delacour-Weasley walked into the kitchen and tried not to comment on the dirty diswater that was dripping to the floor. She looked away as to not be disturbed by the disorderly sight. At that moment, Molly Weasley entered, her hair in a wild disarray as she rushed through the kitchen, apparently looking for something.

Then, as if just noticing Fleur, Molly said, "And you?" Fleur winced at the harshness of the words. She knew Mirs. Weasley was not fond of her, but she had hoped that finally getting married to Bill would ease her hate.

"I waz looking for zee cookbook," Fleur said in her prominent French accent. She tried not to blush in embarassment under Molly's scrutinizing look.

Molly sighed and waved her wand in the general direction to her left. A cookbook flew from under rags to Molly's grasp. A bit reluctantly, she handed it over to Fleur. The cookbook was definitely old: the frayed edges and the yellow pages revealed thousands of recipes for wizards and witches to use. Fleur suspected that this was a family cookbook, passed down through the generations. For a moment, Fleur thought about Ginny as a housewife. The thought was so bizarre that she gave a short chuckle.

"What is it?" Molly said, regarding her closely. Fleur had noticed that when no one else was around, Molly treated her less fairly.

"I waz jus' theenking zat Ginny would not make a good housewife," Fleur said. As soon as the words were out of her mouth, Fleur realized that it sounded far more different than what she meant. Trying to recover she said, "I mean, Ginny iz so headstrong. I can't eemagine her over a pot cooking."

Molly raised her eyebrows and laughed. "Oh, I can't imagine," she said, agreeing with what Fleur had said. That was a first, Fleur thought.

"Yes," Fleur said. And then, looking down at the complicated recipes in the cookbook said, "I need help." She said it in such a low voice that Molly thought she hadn't said anything at all.

"What? Are you okay?" Molly asked, her motherly senses kicking in.

Fleur looked up and wiped away the tears that she had shed. "I said zat I need help," she said in a louder voice. Molly looked at her confused. What was this girl talking about?

Nevertheless, she sighed and said, "What do you need?"

"Eet iz zat I want to cook for Bill but I don't know 'ow to," Fleur said, flipping the pages of the cookbook. "Eet iz all so complicated."

Molly stepped closer to the girl and hugged her. She took the cookbook from Fleurs hand and placed it on top of the kitchen counter. Moving quickly, Molly took out several pots and pans, forgetting that she had her magic to do so. "It is true that it is not always easy," Molly said as she waved her wand and counless ingredients flew across the kitchen and settled themselves on the counters. "The trick is to start small."

Fleur nodded and moved towards the counter, looking at all the utensils and ingredients. "What iz theez?" she asked, holding up one of the utensils.

"That's a spatula, used to flip stuff from the pans," Molly answered. She took the spatula and demonstrated.

"Oh, eet iz wonderful!" Fleur exclaimed with a smile.

Molly looked at the beautiful girl and smiled. "You make a good wife, Fleur."

"Reelly?" Fleur asked, her whole face lightning up.

This was the kind of thing Molly had tried to avoid, but, despite herself, she nodded. "Yes, and I'll help you if you need anything."

Title: Don't Look
Summary: Snape has intense feelings for one of his students.
Characters/Pairings: Snape
Genre: Drama?
Rating/Warnings: G
Word Count: 78

Severus Snape had not thought that something like this would happen. In fact, he wasn't even sure when it had happened. He looked at Hermione, sitting in her seat next to Potter and thought how he shouldn't be thinking about her.

He turned around and waved his wand at the blackboard, the instructions for the next potion appearing in neat block letters. Maybe, he thought, if he didn't see her, everything he was feeling would just go away.
