If anyone has watched the news. It's haunting. New Orleans, I mean. The news correspondant had to leave (by their boat), because their were live wires in the water, and she said (the best she could) that she could hear people screaming "help me." it's crazy- estimates for a category 5 hitting New Orleans directly (basically Katerina...did i spell that right?) by the OEM was 40,000 - 50,000 casualties. Even a fraction of that is astronomical. It really does sound like hell. I wihs they would have evacuated when they could have. I saw some guy interviewed in the news who wouldn't leave Grand Isle because he felt "it was his time to die" and that "you can't escape your time". so sad

Yeah, I was watching GMA this morning. It really made me sad. :( I can't believe some of the footage I saw...it IS like one of the end of the world movies.

ya i saw it on the tv where some guy lost his wife and he was sitting there with his kids sobbing it was pretty depressing...hurricanes suck but ya....God has a plan so this is one of those situations you trust him and pray..
