I went to scientists cliffs today & found a sharks tooth on the beach. I'm told that it's 15-20 million years old. The cliffs are erroding & stuff falls out. Still trying to get my mind around it. Tough teeth.

On Saturday I took the 3rd shift timing for my daughter's swim meet. I realized later that only one definition of time meant anything to me, the stopwatch one for the current swimmer. Clock time was gone. I was in that one spot in the universe doing the only thing that mattered.
