There are choices we make in life. the choice to leave and get away is what i decide. i left everyone that i cared about, everything that i loved and hated. Each week goes by and i wonder if my life will ever fill. I wonder when in my life I will find something that will make me who i am. Here I am stranger in a crowd, I move with the masses. I found your journal through my sister's friend's LJ friend's link, just trying to help anonymous February 25 2006, 21:24:05 UTC
I think you're being way too overdramatic. "I am a cadapilar"? Come on now, stop being so serious. You being way too emotional is clouding your judgement, so stop. What makes you think that looking for "something" will make you who you are? That's bullshit. Perception is colored by character. What you see on the outside is determined by what's on the inside.

Nobody really knows what's in store for them. I sure as hell don't, but why should that matter? Life is much too important a thing to be taken seriouslly. Just have fun, let go, and fuck shit up like it's going out of style - destruction breeds creation, after all. IM me at WellJustHum1618 if you want to talk.

I completely disagree with what you're saying, anonymous. I think that looking only to yourself to see who you are won't really get you anywhere in the end. Going out and experiencing new things like Todd is doing is in fact helping him to grow. Despite the fact that he might be lonely or whatever else, it's because he's just out of his comfort zone. If you just live life like it doesn't matter than how are you ever really going to do anything worth while? I think that what you're doing Todd is awesome, and even if you end up not liking it, then at least you tried to see what else is out there. And then you can even try other things. I think it's good to take riskes, because you can encounter things good and bad that you've never expected. I'm speaking in kind of general terms here, but really after you take these risks you begin to see why it would have been pointless to have stayed exactly where you were (geographically, spiritally, educationally, whatever).
