Dear 5am, We really need to stop meeting like this! 7am is starting to suspect something is going on between us. 7am is important to me and meeting you is really starting to hurt. Plus, 9pm and I are getting closer and closer and 11pm is starting to get jealous. I can't do this anymore

I have trouble sleeping and getting good quality sleep when I do fall asleep.
