On a sad note I think I have poison oak this time. I think I got it ripping vines off a tree that were in my way while climbing up a power pole. So far it's mostly on my arms and neck. And a place where nothing itchy should ever be. Must have adjusted after getting off the ladder and whoops it's itchy there too. God damn I fucking hate poison ivy/ ( Read more... )

You were pretty miserable last time. Aren't you very allergic to it? I glanced at the icon without really looking at it and thought it was Sam. Then I started reading, and I was like "WTF is Sam doing climbing a power pole?" Then I realized it was you. LOL. Hope you feel better soon. They tried to give me steroids for my lungs are something because I am sick. I refuse to take them.

Yeah hopefully I'll just be able to use cream like last time. It's not as bad as last time anyways. I think my skin is a little tougher from being outside all the time.

There's new stuff out called Tecnu people say it works really good. Try to get some maybe it will help. Not the bath stuff...just the bottle of actual Tecnu.

I don't do baths. Tried them once and instead of helping it caused it to spread under my skin and I had it everyone. Had to go to the doctor because it almost got in my bloodstream. That was my first time with it though.

A good old-fashioned cure is to take white shoe-polish like comes with the little foam thing on the top that you apply it to the shoe with, and put it everywhere you are infected. It dries the shit up fast and keeps it from spreading. The only downfall is you walk around looking like you have been painting all day. Also, take cool showers. Hot showers open the skin pores and and the infection spreads.

Lol that reminds me of the Crash Test Dummies song Mmmm mmmm mmmm mmmm. Where he says she had birth marks all over her body, and the chick is walking around with these big blue polka dots on her. I can picture Kenneth walking around with these big white dots on him :)

Aye I learned about the cool showers long ago. Sucks because the most relaxing thing to do at the start of the day is take a nice burning hot shower. Though it doesn't really cause it to spread because the infection is already there. It just irritates it. I'm not sure I could take putting shoe polish on me. It's like the acne remedy of rubbing your first piss on your face.
