Summer is ending. So many of my friends are gone. Hoping this fall will be a better one than last. And I desperately need/want a good winter. I need to keep any sort of motivation I have now going and see if I can pick up anymore. I'm still thinning out the house. Well trying to. I'm going to start my workout plan and diet changes starting this
