oh man... i just got back from conditioning lemme tell you it was HELL on a gym floor!! Oh man this is what we did ummm 10 laps around the gym stretched 10 minutes run around the school 25 minutes of excercising and sprinting 2 turns of weaving 2 turns of weaving with a medicine ball and a 30 minute game of hand ball.
