This afternoon I:
dug up some fresh thin-skinned potatoes out of the garden
made and froze some fresh tomato puree, also from the garden
harvested and pureed half my horseradish stock, with a little white vinegar
made soup with white beans, garlic, olive oil, and chard from the garden - enough approximately for one small March on Washington

I think that at this point you are overqualified for the housewife gig, with West Virginia certifying you as edumacated and all.
Maybe you could still be a nanny for the royal house of Monaco or something. Those need that level of education.

hm. what are your requirements? we have cable internet plus cable cable; a library space; a short walk to the arboretum; a pantry; a bathtub; and i'm sure we could sacrifice the second bedroom.
