[Lucas is busy doing his favorite thing in Vertiline, exploring the Eider forest. It relaxes him, really. The trees were great for climbing.

After Eir's message, he was on the lookout for new arrivals. It was probably startling for them. Least he could do was help a little.]

The marvelous horse lifts its head and responds in a mournful, whiny, and distinctly male voice.]

[Molly Mahoney is really just your everyday, average young woman. Well, if you discount the whole 'manages a magical toystore' thing .. that wasn't too average.

So, while being pulled into an alternate universe is strange, it's perhaps a bit more bearable for her than some others. Well, it might have been if she'd gotten Eir's message BEFORE she appeared in Eider forest.

It's with a very startled cry, therefore, that she appears mid-air and crashes down into a bush.

[Lucas' pays immediate attention to the bushes as he hears a yelp coming from it. Were the bushes talking now? That'd be weird. Birds had things to say, but bushes?]

AND ZOMG! Remy!! ILUSM, BB!

[Mahoney comes stumbling out rather unceremoniously, eyes wide and mouth falling open. She spins around quickly as Lucas appears, pointing toward the bush .. then to him .. then to the area around them.

Her voice is just a tiiiiiiiiny bit strained.]

I was just .. the toys .. a-and .. what is this?! Where am I?!

[Yes, there is a communicator strapped to her waist, but even so .. who would ever expect this?!]

[He approaches her cautiously.]

[Greyjaw is in the woods, wandering. She... has no idea how she got into this forest, considering she was out in the desert when she decided to take a nap. The best she can do is look for a footpath or some other trail, because the trees are too thick - she won't be able to use the stars to figure out where she is even after the sun sets.

She hears someone or something moving through the brush to her right, and stops instantly to crouch and watch for who it might be. Without knowing where she is, she has to be on the lookout for whatever mouth-foaming humans could be around.]

[Chillax, Lucas. Red's got this. Lucas crouches in the bushes as he sees the stranger. She didn't look...well healthy? He wasn't sure. Red was good at checking this out.

The hawk takes flight and lands on a tree branch and makes a loud note of doing so.]

[The noise makes her flinch in surprise and her head whips in its direction. Oh... It's just a bird. A big one, but just another bird. Jeez, what is this? Birdland? All she keeps seeing or hearing about are birds. It's getting stupid.

She looks up at the hawk and makes a sarcastic face.]

You're lucky I'm already full on your friends.

[Well this one isn't talking for some reason. Even still, Red doesn't seem to like her much. He ruffles his feathers a bit.

Lucas stayed put. He kept his eyes on her. He remembered campfire stories of the undead. She definitely looked like one, but he didn't recall any stories in which they spoke.]

[Remy was busy looking entirely confused. This wasn't the forest nearby, definitely not. And this device he now had was immensely confusing. Maybe he could find someone to help out. He needed to get back home now.]

[REMY!!!!! It was Remy. That was Remy. This was exactly how he'd first seen him, except this time he was considerably happier about it. He rushes forward and tackles the wizard to the ground, laughing.]

What I tell ya 'bout keepin' your guard up, Rems?

[Remy hits the ground with a thud and an 'oof'. He was readying to attack, but stopped the moment he heard Lucas' voice. He face breaks out into a grin. He playfully tries to shove Lucas off.]

To keep it up, clearly. And there you are. Where are we?

[Lucas rolls off of Remy and gets to his feet before offering his friend a hand.]

Vertiline. Y'musta got called too. Might wanna ask 'em t'send y'home.
