Could someone please help this technically challenged person with some icon goodness? I'd like something made with the pic of Shelby in her butterfly costume that is on my November 4th post.

Do you want it to do anything fancy? If not, I can help. I don't know how to do blinkies or any of that stuff, but I can crop it and add some text if you want it to say anything. Just let me know if you want me to do something with it.
