well this weekend has gone by too fast... on firday we didnt have pracice so i decided to go to swim practice since i havnt been in like a month...after 2 laps i thouhgt i was gonna die..then it got better but when i finished my warm-up and had a min to rest and then had to start back up again, i thought i was gonna drown right there in the pool
