All Ana's fault.

So, after we saw Memoirs of a Geisha (great movie <3), we went to Cold Stone. There was this deaf guy there, handing out cards basically saying that the cards are being sold to make money with a chart on the back with the alphabet in sign language. Its a movie that has the Romeo and Juliet storyline in a way... but supposedly before the whole Romeo and Juliet era... *shrugs*

Don't feel bad about what you did. I am against giving them any money of any kind. My grandmother worked for Goodwill for 25 years or more ( I can't remember) and she recently retired. She will get all over the case of people like that when they approach her because her job at Goodwill was getting them jobs that paid well and did not affect their disabilities. She signs to them "No, Go to Goodwill and get a Job." It is quite funny to see how quickly they leave us alone!!
I don't mean to preach, it is just when people go around looking for handouts by passing those cards out, they are insulting the deaf and disabled who do go out there and work like everyone else (some of which are lawyers, doctors, scientists, etc)! They are actually perpetrating a stereotype that the disabled can't do anything themselves!
