I take it back, women's magazines aren't all brainless and inferior. One that can hold its own against GQ: the venerable Vogue, or at least contributors' articles in Vogue

i'm a convert, too! when i bought my first vogue i was surprised with the writing. it wasn't as fluff as i thought :) the new yorker has nice articles too and hmmm spin magazine, if you're into that kind of stuff :P
