Pippin.
Was pretty cool.
So yeah. Went to see it with my mom and grandmother. And the production was amazing. The lights and and costumes, all of it. I wasn't all too thrilled with the actor who played Pippin--Joshua Park, I believe his name was? He had more of a poppish voice...meaning, like, he belonged in a boy band or something, not on stage.
However, Andre Ward, who played the leading player...his voice was amazing. I was very impressed with him.
The songs were all pretty good. I've got to see, I think Stephen Schwartz did a better job lyrics-wise with Pippin than with Wicked. But that's just me.
