States Ranked: Smartest to Dumbest
The smartest state in the union for the second consecutive year is Massachusetts.

The dumbest, for the third year in a row, is New Mexico.

Aren't you all so proud? I know I am, that kind of consistent failure takes effort.

I realy should be studyin for psychology and yet somehow I'm not. Interesting how quickly being interested and caring walked out.
