Well, this has been a fairly successful week!

Last night I auditioned for the Oratorio Society of New York, and got in! I made a mess of the sight-reading, but my vocalization went well. I don't think it's a difficult choir to get into, because they don't seem to limit the number of people who can join. I'm so happy to be a part of it. Those

I forgot to add that working at a bakery seems very glamorous. It's exactly the kind of thing plucky, move-to-NYC type people are always doing.

I tried the bread that Julia brought home - oh, so good! If I lived close by I'm pretty sure I would come every day until I'd tried EVERYTHING at least once. :D
