MAN im in so much pain. ok i have had surgry for a hernia (sp?) any way i know the fealing when it happens and your body rips (littery) well i think that just happend. and it hurts and i already had surgry for that. othere then that I LOVE VAL!!! she is awesom though i think i bore her sometimes...hmmmmm....well i got to go.
